I started Spadaccini Homes in 1997, with the vision and commitment of designing and building the highest level of luxury homes Perth has to offer that leave a lasting impression.
We built our family home in Cottesloe through Spadaccini homes. Most of the build was done while we were overseas which added a complication but it all took place very smoothly. The Spadaccini team were a delight to deal with throughout the process and completed the build on time and on budget. The trades people that Spadaccini used all have very long term relationships with the Spadaccini family and enjoy there craft and work. In particular, building supervisor Scott Darah was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process with his positive personality and calm demeanor. We have no hesitation recommending Rob and the team at Spadacinni.
My husband and I recently moved into our beautiful Spadaccini home in Fremantle designed by architect Michael Sorensen and executed flawlessly by these amazing builders. It was a challenging design on a difficult site but from start to finish the professionalism shown by Rob Spadaccini and our supervisor, Brian C, has been faultless. All the tradesmen working on our home were exceptional at their various crafts and we are fortunate to live in a home where we can daily appreciate the results of the pride they have in their work.
I would like to take this opportunity to say how pleased I have been in working alongside your team on this project, I have enjoyed the collaborative approach in some of the problem solving, or reaching the best outcome for the project. It’s been a great experience for me working with top trades in a different location. They say building a house is one of the most stressful things you can do. We have done it twice with Spadaccini Homes. Rob and his team are amazing. There is nothing that is too much trouble.
